The Front office,Reception, Ms Vishakha Singh was very cordial and helped us a lot during our stay. AT food Court during Breakfast Ms Roshini too guided us in the menu. Over all we are very Happy at the Stay.

we arrived at approximately 10pm on 27/1/25 and by the time we went into room it was 11pm. The Cleanliness of the Room(301) was not at all good. There were Cobwebs and the washroom was also not clean. Overall room was also not clean.

It's a very good hotel in the heart ol the city. Hotel staff is very good in behaviour. Hotel food quality is very good. Hotel rooms are very good and specious. Overall stay is very good.

Great property located at prime and easily accessible area of Gorakhpur. Lake view from the room is superb. A small work desk (table) in the rooms helps travellers like us to spare few hours to catch up with work priorities.

I cannot fathom if I was staying at Radisson. There is a saying be like ROMANS WHEN IN ROME, Radisson Gorakhpur has proved the saying Instead of Radisson influencing the people the people of Gorakhpur have influenced Radisson.
