Please find attached images for your reference.Let me explain you my concerns in very precise and concerned way.Hotel images and details mention on says that it’s luxury and highest-paid hotel, however, please do the fact check and this is a very negative place to live for following mentioned reason1. Good location, clean rooms with decent view. The food was palatable and the breakfast buffet offered a lot of variety. The only sorry condition was the lack of basic courtesy in some of the staff. The person who checked me in, a certain Ms Lipitha, was quite obnoxious, making a point with her raised eyebrow that she didn't approve of my child being a child! Also since I travel with a kid, I always ask Housekeeping to clear out the minibar first thing. Never faced a problem anywhere. This time th ...more

Room and the amenities was really great Had a great stay with family.
Room was comfortable and big enough for my kid to play around.
