wonderful experience! i have stayed in other properties of radisson too like in mammlapuram, but the staff here are just awesome! special thanks to raj & shilpa from the housekeeping department for providing us daily with foot pedicure every night! appreciate it! thank you raj & shilpa!

Breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing. Property is beautiful. The only concern is neatness & tidyness of room furniture/carpets, restaurent chairs, carpets in common areas. There was a delayed response to these concerns.

It was a splendid weekend at the property, the staff was so cordial, kind and courteous. We experienced an absolute delight of hospitality, the rooms were spic and span and spacious. The food was just mind blowing and we were so impressed and appreciated the fact that they didn’t charge us for any food requests we made for our 3 year old son, it really meant a lot. A great property with average service and food. Once you check in, you will be ignored and service is not up to the mark, it does not feel like a 5 star resort in terms of service. If you book a book advertised with balcony having valley view, you won't get it for sure. Overall average experience with Radisson Blu.
