the place is amazing in terms of infra , staff is very warm ,polite and responsive service is quick rooms are a little cramped and can be better lit , it's more on the warm tones and dim romantic lightings . some rooms had issue in lights on off function. rest our rooms were prepared well , and we didn't have to bother the staff much ,due to their thoughtful preparation. the food in buffet was above Average and served keeping in experience bof the customer , i liked their setting skills ...more

Property was well maintained.. just that they gave us last room of the wing which was not having a refrigerator and we called at front desk for 4 times but they didn't resolved the issue . Food ordered in room and ala carte was good but breakfast was tasteless.. pool area is really good .. when i asked a hotel staff for a ball he refused that they dont provide with balls in the poool and just after him there was lady staff who gave us the ball.. this was really not a 5 star thing altogether. flush not working properly... shower working like a tap... very average rooms.... open sitting area with no sitting arrangements.
