Location Good, Cleanliness Good, if booked online, Room size may differ. Price high comparatively other hotels at close proximity with almost same texture & amenities..Price drop needed to compete in the market of bidhannagarExperienced a Good gesture before this visit that is due to accidental stain of tea, the lady receptionist charged Rs 950 approx, that is justified I think !!! This time was very conscious...no mistake..Rest all fine this time

They provide same room on booking both deluxe and super deluxe made to wait 1hr to get room ready and are rude, bathrooms where not cleaned and the towels where also bad

disclaimer for all couples and families if you don't want to hell your time and money then avoid this particular property so called rain drop this property is not secure for couples and families.the front desk receptionist his name is bizwajeet sarkar as he told his name that he is G.m and head of this hotel very rude person if u go there and ask him that i had a booking then he will say bohot achi baat hai.you will feel unsecure front of him and if your check out time is 11 .am he never provide ...more

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel Raindrop in Durgapur! The room service was incredibly responsive, and the staff were courteous and attentive throughout my visit. Special thanks to the wonderful lady at reception who kindly allowed us a late checkout, extending our stay till 1:30 PM, even though the regular checkout time is 11 AM. The food was absolutely delicious, and the rooms were spotless and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Durgapur and will certainly stay here again on my next trip. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!
