Very nice hotel. Good location, big rooms, geyser facility available, cheap budget friendly also. I enjoyed the hotel very much. Next time I definitely reside this hotel.

Overall good !
But the hot water arrangement is not accescible from the room itself. Guest has to be dependent on reception. As the geaser ON/OFF switch is operated from the reception.

Hotel located in good location, all food hotels and Ooty parks are very near by the hotel.
We stayed 2 days, after day one hotel staff should come and clean the room, but staff didn't clean the room.

Not at recommended for staying as the beds the springs wont' let u sleep food is also not good, only plus point is location. The management should work for improving the quality of mattress, cleainess & food

Only positives are location close to buses and auto stand, and room size. Other than this, no phone in rooms, ongoing construction work, no kitchenette, food is so so, mold in bathroom, very salesy staff looking to make commissions with food orders and travel packages, hot water only from 7-8am, no proper views from window/balcony.
