it was just a night stay at hotel rainbow. staff was cooperative during my late check-in and early checkout. rooms were fine and clean. everything was working except warm water till 07 am.

Staff behaviour is very bad at night . I was staying this hotel for last 2 year, due to this behaviour i will not stay this hotel in future.

Excellent Peaceful Stay!!!
I'm a frequent visitor and I must say, it's value for money. They just had renovated room as well, including paint. Staff is very supportive and polite. Location is walking distance to Railway station. Go for it.

the stay was nice, only had issues with bedsheets provided which were not clean...only one towel was provided for 2 people and no drinking water was available

1) room was not ready even at 12.
2) Even early check in at 11 was denied.
3) so slow water in tap. Took 8-10 minutes to fill one bucket water.
4) Toilet flush was not good. Had to use bucket water for flushing.
5) No hot water in the morning.
6) Deluxe Room size is also very small. Not at all sufficient for more than 2 occupancy.
7) Hotel staff behaviour is ok. However the service is very slow and inappropriately managed.
8) excessive smell of kitchen whole night. No sleep due to workers sound and food smell.
