Lower than average, Found Lizard in the room, Power cuts while you are in bathroom taking shower which has no ventilation will force you keep standing in the dark bathroom, happened multiple times during our stay. No Tv, Leaking taps, and windows of room locked with wires which cannot be opened easily, leaves the room with no ventilation.
Staff asked for tip continuously, gave 500 as did not had change, told to return back 400. He vanished with the currency.
Property has lift as a positive side and within 2 kms away from temple.

Location is good but hotel is very old and not very much clean, food quality is good, rooms are not renovated.

This hotel looks good from outside/reception. but condition of the room is pathetic. you will find cockroach all over the room. when I asked about it, they said, "Now all the rooms are same, we are trying to get rid of it"
If you are looking for a place to just spend the night or there is no other option available then only it's an option.

Room service person behavior is not good. All toiletries are not provided. provide only toilet soap. only free TV channels are running. so it is very bad experience. TV remote and ac remote are not working properly. Room is not properly cleaned.
Overall qualities and ranking of this hotel is gradually down, what I experienced two years before .
