Too smelly and the worst rooms ......The room shown in the profile are not there. you get only dirty stained beds lots of toilet smell ,too small rooms,
The worst you can imagine for a hotel room you will get that room in that place.

Rooms are not clean at all, all around dust was present. Broken Television screen was there. I stayed at 4th floor. Totally disappointing when we talk about service. They aren't able to provide single plate and in the name of hotel palace is written. What a great name replication done the authority.

I booked the Super Delux Room. They gave me the only delux room. When I informed them , they told me that i have to extra money for the delux.
After argument they gave me after 2 hrs.
Bed is toooo worst. I cannot sleep because they se 2 mettress and when i sleep , gap between two mettress got seprate and i fall inside the gap. This is horrible
Wall fan fall down beside the bed . This is nightmare for me.
When you call to reception to clean the bathroom they after 1 hrs . Their service is very very worst.
SLUG is running on the floor in the bathroom.
