key card given me was of some other utility, due to this my electricity connection gone so many times. i complained for this , even then it was not solved properly. when i approached reception again it was told to me that this card is not valid.

Hotel is good, Rooms are clean and functional. Yet, somehow the staff was always seeking to charge money for any small service. Small freebies are always welcome in hotels of such quality. Rated 3 because of this. Everything else is good.

Very poor service, No one coming for any room service even frequent. calling. Rooms are very small and rates are very high, Most of the rooms AC was not working, They even did not provide dantal kit. total wastage of money not worth to stay in this hotel
