Services are good but the room & bed size is small. Came to know that they differentiate between a person directly booking with the hotel and through third party apps. The room given to us was comparatively smaller and congested.

not worth the money, there are plenty of better hotels within the city near the amenities at cheaper price and better facilities.
only one shared water dispenser per floor, not enough cups, plates and cutleries which were not kept clean.
rooms are small, not much of a cleanliness fans are loud.
no eateries or restaurants nearby, hotel staff can order for you. breakfast is very average.
overall, no recommended.

I stayed at Raj residency for 5 nights and it was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel was clean, that was the most important for me. The room was clean and maintained. The area was quiet, peaceful. It's located at walking distance from CPRI bus stand and sadashiv nagar police station.
The only thing that can be improved is if they can provide any food or tea coffee from a restaurant in the room.
Professional staff, clean rooms, on time service.

Silent location with good ambiance
I think they need to think on replacing old chairs,bath towels,do some pest control in rooms and it's time to renovate.
Overall experience is satisfactory.

not at all worth the money spent on this. poor quality rooms, charging points not even near the bed... the rooms were not clean properly and poorly maintained.

room was neat and clean at the time of check in. very well maintained. the staff is very friendly. only problem i faced is that they don't have inside kitchen. so you need to order food from outside.

stay was wonderful ! ambiance, cleanliness n bed all excellent, staff supportive n helpful ! they were awake at 4 am also to say me bye at reception !!thnx a lot ! keep it on like this .
