as per the star categories, it shows that I star, and it seems like 2 start .poor maintenance and dirty rooms .lack of housekeeping training really spoiling the good will of the hotel for sure .

Their so-called "Deluxe Room", turned out to be anything but deluxe. The moment I walked in, I was hit by a nauseating smell of cigarette smoke that permeated the entire room. It was as if the room hadn't been aired out properly.
Adding to the misery, basic amenities were completely missing. There was no hair dryer available, even though it was listed as part of the room's features. When I called the front desk to ask for one, they seemed indifferent and unhelpful, as if my request was unreaso ...more

Good hotel in the heart of kannur city. Payyambalam beach is 1 km away from hotel. Bar attached hotel & many conference halls in this hotel.
4 star category hotel in the heart of kannur town.

Very good hotel with all amenities. Food is excellent, staff's behavior appreciable. Lot of parking place and ambience is good for meeting's.Excellent service with four star facility.

No maintenance . not worth for money. Bar restaurant is cheaper than ground floor restaurant . Food pricing is high, not good.
