the glass of the bathroom windows were broken and the wash basin was clogged and leaking. door mat was very dirty

Service was pathetic, food was food. Manager asked to pay extra while checking out. We were forced to 3000 extra excluding food, even after payment was fully done. No blankets no towel no water was provided. Very bad experience.

Bed quality is not good.... bedsheets are dirty and smells so bad window curtens are small privacy breaks..

It's located in the Prime location. Walkable distance to Railway, Markets.The food was good. The staff were friendly. Easy check in and check out.*Note*: Just need to fix one broken glass of window

The staff were incredible. Any issues we had they resolved quickly and were always extremely helpful. Good food from the kitchen too. Location is also close to rail station.
