I came from Lucknow and reached the hotel by 7:30am.
They provided early check-in by 9am as the check-in was at 12pm ,I appreciate them for the same.
Bathrooms are smaller.
Amenities and Services are good.
Food is something that they can do better, I ate but didn't like.

Very Supporting staff... My train came Early before check in time.... As there was my Exam so understanding situation they provided me Early check in as soon after some of previous guest checked out.....
Hotel condition are also very good...
Overall very good experience...
Probably the Best place to stay in Gopalganj.....

Rooms are good but the washrooms are very small in rooms. You can't turn while taking shower. It was very small.

The toilet is not cleaned. No cleanliness in hotel. Horrible experience.
Breakfast option is very limited.
Worst experience. Staff behaviour is not good.

Apart from the inconvenience faced initially, due to failure of confirm allotment, it was satisfying to visit and return with minimal regrets. However the lack of communication after i checked out shortened my smile. Regards,Vipul Vatsal
