The hotel was good & their staffs were very sweet as well, it's location was very convenient too. The only problem we faced was that there was no electricity on 1st night, apart from this everything was fine.

The hotel was awesome. Everything about it was just amazing be it it's ambiance or it's location or it's food. The staff behavior was polite & cooperative & even the view from the hotel was totally a treat for the eye. Loved the whole stay.

It was overpriced, located in deep interiors, no shops around with broken road taking in. The staff was extremely rude, as soon as the clock strikes 12 noon, they bang on your door without intimation, take you out from bathroom even if you are taking bath, telling lies that they have guest waiting at reception. This is when hotel has check- in time of 2 pm, enough time to prepare room!

It felt like home to us. The staffs are very polite and cooperative. The location of the Hotel is the best part of our trip. It is so calm and quite with the sound of water stream giving a very peaceful and pleasant experience. The food made here is very delicious and healthy. And the room and room services are just fantastic. Without any doubt I will stay here for any further Dharamshala trip.

1) if u wanna stay far away from the hassle of the city, this hotel is there for u..there is water fall flowing just beside the hotel..but the road to the hotel is not at all good.. at least 6/ 7 kms from the town. 2) room ok, but I expected the size to be little bigger and the view to be better as well.. In short good w.r.t value for money
