when I entered the room it was very dirty. No TV, No wife was available in the room. linen was very dirty. The washroom was very dirty. that time I wanted to change the Hotel as soon as possible. but it was too late to change the hotel. So I decided to pay extra cash to the hotel to get their best room. I pay more than 450 Rs from the booking amount. I was trying to cancel and get the refund from the moment i entered the room but unable to do no cleanliness, pathetic linen, no water in taps, TV not working as there is no connection, forget about WiFi, broken walls, geyser is like about to fall, broken walls, paint peeling off from ceiling and walls, broken crockery. I had to stay and suffer just because i had no other option. and all this is for the room for which i had to pay 300 extra, a human can't set his foot in that room. That was stinking in every corner along with all similar things mentioned above.
