i leave the hotelram n residency showing a good view, but directly seen in the residency not good and no lift ,no tv, no hot water,water not properly comes, no bothing kit (only tawal avl)

very bad, unclean room, pillow bathroom, no water mug. water coming out of bathroom to room. not worth the money. rooms not cleaned for many years i think

the worst hotel ever, we could see the cockroaches all over the room and water isn't coming, we have to call each and every time whenever we want water. they will turn it on for 10 mins and we have to fill the bucket and keep. it has been a long time since they have cleaned the room and even the bedsheets and pillows aren't cleaned. i don't have the option to rate less than 1.

The room is not even ventilated and the fans are not working well it made me sweat all the night and then mainly I haven’t slept all the night due to mosquitoes in room and they not even provided the blankets,towels and the hot water also not coming. Totally we stayed in hell last night
