the stay at ram residency is memorable. it is on the gst road. shoppings are very close to this property.

Stay in Ram Residency was an absolute nightmare. We stayed when we came to visit our child who study in SRM university. Bed was not cleans, seems not linens were not changed after previous guest checkout. Asked them to changed which lead to 10 mins of arguments. Like: Humme to saf hi dikh tha hai. Manager at frontdesk is rude, he is dominating and abusive that at one point we felt unsafe in this hotel. If you are with family, i strongly suggest to avoid this hotel. Rooms were good but most of the time the lift and wifi was not working.While booking the hotel it is showing in amenities wifi but no use..not working at all....no source for food nearby... overall experience was okay but the room service could be better

Don't recommend it. First of I had booked hotel 4-5 days ago and they didn't save a room for me. Finally they had a four bed bedroom available so they gave me that. When I entered the room I got to see old jeans hanging, bedsheets not cleaned. And the worst bathroom was also not cleaned. Blankets had hairs over them. Overall not a great experience. Kindly book another hotel to stay.
The location from srm is close, but the cleanliness is terrible. Don't recommend it.

To get any kind of service you have to request the receptionist again and again . Guests may expect more polite behaviour from the receptionist .
