1.Hotel staff was very rude and unprofessional.
2.Receptionist behavior like we stay fo free at hotel and behavior was very rude.
3.Washroom was very dirty.
4. Their was no Hot water at bathroom.

1. Room was Dirty, dirty curtains, dirty bathroom.2. TV remote and AC not working Properly 3. Damage electrical socket4. Limited Toiletries (towels, Micro shoap,shampoo only), No body loation, no Handwash, No toothpaste, No other toiletries.5. In the complementary breakfast, only Limited Breakfast available (only Poha and 4 pcs of parathe), No buffet.6. In the Complementary Dinner, only limited dinner available (upto 500₹ beyond will be chargeble) no buffet.7. Manager behaviour was good but other staffs were rud behaviour.8. Overall; it's like a cheap rated Lodge not hotel.

1) bathroom was in bad conditions jet of wc sheat was not in proper position taps were leaking
2)tv was not operational because remote was not in room inspite of repeated reqest it was not given
3)cupboard was without hangers
4)i checkedin hotel at about 3am on 14 december l have to checked out at 12.00 on same day but my room light was shutdown at11-50am

Good staff but the bed and blanket were not fresh. There were strands of hair on the bed. And there were cockroaches in the room.
