    everything else was fine, but the check-in experience was not smooth or comfortable. no one assisted me in taking my luggage to the room, which doesn’t reflect good hospitality service. so i am very fad up that time pls check cctv for more clarity

    ramada by wyndham at aligarh is an upscale hotel with mutiple amenities to offer a comfortable stay. while the rooms are good, our dining experience was below average. the food is at subpar standards, considering the price. biryani we ordered was quite oily and spicy. moreover, the staff needs to be trained. after checkout and making payment, the person asks us to wait and sends a housekeeping staff to check the room. let the staff be more considerate instead of assuming guests to be thieves.

    Good Hotel with nice ambience... Spacious, neat & clean Room. Neat & clean bathroom. Not far from the City. Breakfast is good but food items were finished before the breakfast timings. Overall a comfortable stay.

    the hotel situated at ideal and quiet location not very far from aligarh railway station, large, centrally air-conditioned, well decorated room with all amenities and clean toilet. hotel staff are well mannered and give their best to satisfy the customers and maintain the hotel neat and clean. food is very hygienic, tasty and reasonably priced. front office staff are very nice particularly ms. sita is very polite and always ready to help.

    Booked Ramada for its name and fame. Was expecting exceptional services but, here goes my review about my stay: Food quality was very bad. But, staff at the dining really deserve a round of applause. They were very attentive and quick to cater to the requests. Interior was good. Pool was not operational. Had to ask staff multiple times to get it operational. And even after doing so, pool was operational after one and a half hour.
