It was a wonderful stay.this was my first solo trip. And I enjoyed it very much. Hotel was very good and safe .staff was so friendly and helpful.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the PriceI recently stayed here during my visit to India, and while the location and food were good, the overall hospitality left much to be desired.I expected at least basic amenities and decent service. Unfortunately, the rooms were not equipped with essential items, making the stay quite inconvenient. I booked this for my MIL and she was very happy with her stay there for a short transit foe late night stay to catch her early morning flight. The staff are courteous enough to pack breakfast for her even without asking for it. I wish the management Good Luck.

The house-keeping is very bad. they are keen to know when to clean the room but actually doesn't clean just replacing towels. had to raise a complaint and then they did their job well. Also reception looks for payment even though the room is fully booked and paid.

Ramada Plaza is the only hotel I will prefer for my stay in Chennai. Fourth time already and many more to come. The reason is spacious room with premium services. The rooms are bigger than other hotels with 5 star tag and the rate is lower. Cleanliness, Comfort, Privacy, Amenities all are good. Hope the hotel will stay same and impress me in each visit.
