extremely poor hotel. u booked this hotel during my road trip from tuljapur to nagpur but the location of the hotel was too interior and crowdy. hotel doesn't have parking facility for their guests. room feels like a hunted room. no ventilation at all. full hotel was empty people started cleaning corridors after we. reached hotel. fan regulator was not working ac remote was not working once you started ac you can not switch off as remote was not working fan regulator missing tv was not working ...more

The experience was much lower than expected. It was not even good enough for the cost I paid. There was no unlimited breakfast, instead they gave 2 dishes delivered to the room, which did not suffice. The blankets had holes, The hotel owners kept playing mantras, that I did not in my room. It was not a good stay after all.

The hotel was average with respect to location, services and food. Although keeping in mind the city it was average and charges are overpriced as per view. Rest is fine as there were no guest apartment for my family in the hotel.

It is one of the wrost experience poor service arrogent behaviour of staff and at the time of checkout by owner or manager. did't give printout of bill no parking available.At last waste of money not worth

It was a horrible experience. First, we were given the room 2 hrs late by the hotel. The hotel staff was totally unresponsive to our requests. The staff argued over giving breakfast that was included in our package. The exhaust fans of the washrooms were inoperative/missing. The hotel does not have its restaurant although it was written while online booking. We were charged with room service fee of 10% even when the hotel didn't have its restaurant and we didn't have any choice to eat elsewhere.

Don't consider this hotel for booking, No service at arrival for luggage pickup, no room service, telephone is not working, staff is rude there is no parking space at hotel, lift is very small only single passenger with luggage can accommodate, leftover of previous guest was not cleared, Room was uncleaned, Washroom are dirty, Breakfast is served with insects and other object, very unhygienic hotel. Overall not recommended for stay.

Entire Hotel property is well maintained. Staff is less but very polite & helpful. Cleanliness is up to the mark.
