very bad experience...dirty rooms n vry dirty washrooms.. insects in the room..they did not cancel the next day bookings... so i leave the hotel after 2 days ...i hd booked the hotel for 3 days.. 3rd day booking should be refundable.. very bad

Very bad hotel, rooms were smelly and AC was not working in night, the mattress were so old that we got a back ache after spending night there, maintenance was zero and there were insects in the lobby.

The hotel is not valued for money, there is no proper maintenance in the hotel, bedding and rooms are dirty, however staff is supportive and breakfast is good. shows beautiful images of hotel, but on real ground they are very different.

Room's floor was broken ..washroom not properly cleaned and restroom' curtain was dirty..go geyser facility .on asking they gave one bucket hot water in room to shower..seriously ??who does that after paying such decent amount and there were not enough bathroom towels and on asking they couldnt provide the same time due to some laundary issue ..for breakfast too there was no room service..u had to go upstairs to have breakfast ..overall experience was pathetic .wouldnt think of going there again ever

Pathetic hotel.
Nothing good for the money they list these rooms.
Tasteless food
Leaky sink
No bathroom drains working
No hot water.
Even room door was not proper.

Room are good . hotel is neat and clean
. creative work done in lobby was fantastic
top floor dining and swimming pool facility is appreciable.
