    hotel was very dirty.. all around mosquitos and worms .. very poor room conditions . cabt even breath as it was smelling badly .. whole way dump with hotel stuff

    Location is good on Ramghat. We stayed in the family room. The room is big but the toilet is very small. They don't give complimentary water bottles. The RO water is also not good. They also not provide hot water kettle and tea, sugar in the room. Power backup was available. Food in the restaurant at GFloor was not very good. It was ok.

    room cleanness is a concern, cobweb, insect, worms in bathroom, bad smell etc. take matter with hotel management. staff are very co-operative.

    Worst experience. We stayed for a day. In the evening after check in, till midnight there was no water. Phone was not working. Everytime you have to go to reception. No lift. No parking. You have to park your vehicle in public parking approx. 650 meters away, and you have to pay Rs. 100 for every 12 hours. Very casual approach towards customer comfort.
