ROOMS WERE NICE BUT NOTHING WAS AVAILABLE FOR STORAGE OF LUGGAGE. WATER SUPPLY WAS STOPPING MANY TIMES. THERE WERE MANY ANTS AND INSECTS IN THE ROOM.

The staffs are very friendly with good service. They can improve on the cleanliness. the blanks given to us where little dirty. Even the hot water kettle. Had to give the kettle back to get it washed properly. prime location. well behaved staffs. Has to improve on the cleanliness of the hotel overall. .

I didn't think this hotel was worth living in. It's actually an old building. A bad damp smell in the room existed. Hotel staff are not cooperative. We booked for three bed room for 3 persons with breakfast and dinner. But it was given for two persons and given nothing for 3rd person and also Rs 600 is charged for the 3rd person. Very rude behaviour of the hotel authority. I've never experienced anything like this.

The Hotel is kinda Okayish, only good part is Rooftop restaurant which some might find overpriced. interior & all is Just okay. Curtains could have been better colored as these curtains might show things from Outside.
