The check-in Experience was also very bad, they said double booked the only Non-A/C classic room that I was also booked, they collected extra cash from me, they didn't ecen gave me room keys, blankets, and towels, the room was full of misquotes, the bed smelled very bad, the toilets very unclean. When asked for blankets and towel, they just simply said, they don't have any. In the night, there was even no power supply for a few hours. I would kindly warn you guys that, if you book this room, every single penny is a waste.

Worst hotel experience in my life.. no proper communication bed and fan. And also low voltage is there so u won't expect fan speed is high they didn't provide bedsheet and water

Very poor reception. No hot water. No person at reception available during checkin. Bathroom window open. Smell of drainage every where. Worst hotel i have ever seen in Trichy.

worst room. full of mosquitoes. Geyser not working no hot water.No room service.nobody in the so called reception to ask anything. Corona protocol not followed. Bed spreads dirty one. no intercom facilities to call reception. phone number given not working. Invoice not given by the hotel. no hygienic food nearby area. very bad experience for me
