heritage property, they need to employ more people for maintenance. the gym is awful. it's in a old bar, no ventilation. mostly you have to look for someone to open it. staff is very courteous. that's the only positive. rooms have problems in tv viewing and wifi. The overall experience was very disappointing. the Manager was very rude and non responsive. At night time no manager was present in the hotel.....i had raised the concern about the green salad that was not eatables the tomato and cucumber rotten. i had complained twice and i am facing some stomach issues due to rotten salad.. after many times complaining the chef came to my room and accepted that the issue with the quality and next morning he declined in front of the manager. the Manager don' ...more

Amenities were good and hygienic. Cleanliness was maintained throughout. Breakfast Buffet was really good with lots of options. Staff behaviour was kind and helpful. Location is also close to the city centre.

Everything else was on the point, good hotel, location etc. Just they need to work on the food, probably they need better chefs as the taste was not up to the standards.

Great place to plan your vacation. Pocket friendly given the ambience, services. Great view from the allocated room. Food was freaking tasty, every dish had a unique taste. Excellent room service. Very polite staff.
