Rooms are clean and hygienic, and the plus point is flexible check in. And friendly and homely people. The drawbacks are hot water is not available after 8am to 10am, in winter it should be available 24hrs, and food availability is limited. At dinner chef was not available, so we ordered sandwiches in the evening itself instead of proper dinner at night. But they do allow outside food ordering which we got to know later, so that is not a big issue.

Good set up but the owner is self centric person.. He has not supported to return money for the early cancelled room (1 day) due to courfiew in the city for family.. They don't have intercom services. hot water is available only for limited period of time..
Lift is not available and majority of rooms are at upstairs..Hotel service staff is purely depends on the owner so you have to inform for any small item to owner via mobile call than only the staff can provide services

I had booked a room at Hotel Rani Palace for 6 days, its at a safe and silent location in comparison to other places near the hussle in the city and at a walking distance to most good and popular lake side restaurants.
They upgraded me to a better room at no additional cost, which was a delightful surprise.
The facilities are on point. You'll get what you pay for and at a reasonable price.
The owner himself manages the property so you can be rest assured that any issues would be solved quick ...more

very frode hotel we will book our room at rani palace on 27/10/22 12:00 pm . they will not provide room to us & behave very rudely with us . if you try to picnic in udipur you should not book your room in this hotel. very bad hotel & very bad service . the owner of the hotel is very bad he said us nahi dungaa room jaa jo karna hai kar le . very bad ,idiot & stupid guy.
