i had to give 5 star for their great service and hospitality. The staff was very hard working and the owner Mr. Santosh ji was very helpful. Although I had some minor issues with the room. This hotel is preferrable if you have your own car as the rooms are bit far away from the hotel reception. It's kind of an adventure to spend the night here. The food was good and everyone was very polite and professional. If you are visiting Bhimashankar do stay in this hotel and if you don't have your car then contact the hotel they will arrange it for you.

Considering the place where the resort is situated, the amenities are good. Food and staff were not excellent. They consider custom requests as well if not too busy.
Rooms were decent and clean.
