Their service was generally good, but our experience was disappointing. The AC and TV were not functioning properly in our room, and despite booking, we were given a room in poor condition while other rooms of the same type and price were much better. Additionally, the swimming pool was not clean, which affected our overall stay. Improvements in room allocation and maintenance are needed.

hotel is fine but too costly. food is on higher side. tea and omletter for 2 persons cost 1250 rs. the shop outside takes 35 rs for a regular cigarrete and all items double the rate. will avoid this hotel and never stay again. better options are always available.

The service was really good employees of the hotel were really helpful but the rooms were not upto date. The room doors specially needs renovation it really doesn't feel secure there. Also the hotel food is too expensive you can go out of budget easily here.
