The approach road to hotel was not good. We had to carry our bags for some distance before we can check in.
The person came with food bill at 10.30 pm which was awkward.

The hotel is in congested area. So much difficulty to assess the hotel by car.service is poor. Geyser not working in our room. Food is quite ok

the hotel is very near to ram temple but reaching at hotel is very tough due to no entry. beds are full of bedbugs and rooms are extremely expensive. restaurant people are the most arrogant people who are unprofessional people and they serve limited breakfast that is, if i want to eat paratha then they will only serve one paratha and will not give anything else. no where any limited breakfast word was written in terms and conditions but they have there own rules and they are ready to fight. it is better to eat in udupi restaurant full day and stay in hotel.

The manager was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The rooms are nice and the hotel is at a walkable distance to both ram mandir and hanuman garhi.
A special mention to the cab and auro service they arrange whenever needed.

Its okayish 3 star hotel but charges are quite high and bit inside from temple, difficult to go with luggage if you are coming from airport as cabs wont go there. Only good point is very near to temple and walkable, though found equally good options there with lesser cost nearby. Food is also good. But due to cost and room offered based on it I would rate it less. If its in 3k range it would have been good, but 4.5-5k is way high without breakfast.

Nice location. very near to Ram Mandir as it's only walkable distance from hotel. Overall service was good.
