very bad customer service and staffs are very rude, we had to paid additional chargers and also they didn't provid the bill... very bad staff behavior.

why should a guest handover keys to the front desk while leaving the hotel, is it not the duty of house keeping ,I felt uneasy when they asked me to lock the door and hand over keys when i was leaving.

The staff's behavior was good👍🏻, but the hotel intentionally turns off the AC at night. The walls are very dirty, the bed is not clean, and there isn’t enough space in the hotel. Considering the amount charged, the experience was very disappointing.👎🏻

Not clean room no communication only money taken no water service also there is cockroaches and mosquitoes in room floor not clean washroom also not clean bad stay don’t go.

Hotel is just ok.
AC is working good.
bed sheets, blanket,washroom are clean.
Only problem is about the size of room. Rooms are very compact here.
Ok if you are staying for just 1 day.
