They did not provide a wash basin in the room. No place for washing face or brush in the morning. No proper documentation. Basic amenities are not provided. No geyser or AC. Sanitary fittings are not working properly. Very basic.

Worth for that rate.
Few points to improve
1) Keep one table or keep one switch board near the teapoy in order to keep the charging phone.
2) Arrange one shelf to keep bags & dresses.

This place is closest to Bangladesh border and Dwaki river but 7 kms away from shong peng.
The rooms are small and washroom do not have wash basin.
They have non veg cuisine speciality to which we had carried some ready to eat veg cuisine but due to non availability of electricity we could not eat as well they were not willing to heat the same for us.
Not helpful from tourist point of view as only point of contact is at time of check in reception rest you are in your own.

The room was good, but the surrounding of the property, there was some construction going on. Due to which there was lot noise.

saty is nice it is budget friendly location is at centre at 1-2 km from govt boating centre so overall it is good
4 mem can easily stay in this room we are 3 so it is quite space efficient for us

The property is located in a great location. The rooms were clean and cosy.
They had a restaurant which had tasty Indian food. Have a sufficient and safe parking area.
The check in experience is also very good

Room door bolt was placed high on the door and difficult for people who are short. It was also very tight.
Bathroom door couldn't be closed at all.
No washbasin and soap stand inside the bathroom.
Located in the main road with lots of disturbance. One cannot get good sleep at night due to vehicle sound

Services could be improved a little to make a stay here very good.
Hot water service in winter is not good enough for tourists.
Cleanliness and staff are well behaved.
