The stay was good, staff was also helpful, it's just they have master key for room and use it for cleaning room without asking, the air conditioner was making a lot of noise after some interval of time. But the food was really good in terms of quality and quality.
Also, the hotel is on main road, and surrounding is also very safe .

Rooms are spacious but not that cleanly. Food taste is just okay. The staff seem untrained and lack courtesy.

Worst service. Room recently treated for anti termite and not taken care how visitor will stay in such a strong smell.
Staff is non professional and not available on a call. No room prepared for minimum faculties even not provided towel, kitchenate material, tv was not working and all these things done after an hour.
Disappointing service at the cost of 4000 in a day.

One of the worst hotel I have ever seen.
NO shower
NO door locks.
NO lift works.
NO proper cleaning.
NO proper response even on complaints raised.
NO television.
Door lock sensor card doesn't works and staff made me stand for long times for all the days I spent at hotel.

Rude staff.
Don't go with your family.
They ask for extra money for everything.

Reception took about 45 minutes to give key, toilet and bathroom were not cleaned, door key not working, every time, I have to call them to open the room, bed sheet and linen were old one, no changed. Entrance to hotel is full of mud. Over all rating VERY POOR
