The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.

The hotel location was very good but the room quality was very poor against the booking price.The room ambience is not looks like a hotel room. Bed quality is not upto mark. Dirty bedsheets and cover. Wash room is looks like a typical home toilet and feels uncomfortable. Staffs are good and cooperative. the property is not maintained well. there were red ants on the bed sheet which we asked to change. they have limited staff to take order and serve breakfast due to which we had to keep waiting. we had booked deluxe terrace room also but terrace is separate and we were told later it was in sharing with other 2 rooms as well, however while booking it showed that room was with terrace. thus communication is not transparent and we felt cheated.

The property is not very convenient.
The breakfast offered is tasteless.
Rules are strict like hostel they was hesitation to Open the main gate at 5:30 as tourists will visit this property because of temple they should be flexible with timing.

I had booked hotel but 5 days prior to check in I lost my mother even on request from time to time hotel didn't refunded amount nor accepted to change the date of booking.. this is totally not accepted..

Overpriced, it is old property renovated but not properly, you will not feel up to the mark . If you still thinking about to stay , stay in Ground floor Room only .

pool is very small,.. better if they remove it..
booking was for 1 poolview and 1 deluxe room...Deluxe room not given..both rooms on different floors... mismanagement in earing area.. Very congested campus...
Bunglow locked at night from outdoor..very risky incase fire breakes out..

the hotel was at a decent distance from the temple. the rooms were big enough and clean. the room was well prepared in advance and we got the room immediately. the washroom was clean and hygienic. the only disappointment was thr breakfast. rest everything was fine. the staff was also friendly and cooperative.
