we had rat roaming in our hotel room. when complained the hotel staff said there is no other room available. after much fighting they shifted us to another hotel

very small and smelly rooms.. there was a big drain behind the room from where smell was coming ... no exaust in the wash room ... further , I think staff is over burdened as I found no smile on any staff face ... only one staff available at the time of buffet if he go to take some food item then one there to attend till he came back.... over all do not recommend to stay ...
I booked 2 rooms for 4 adults , at the time of check in they did not mention anything about charges for extra kids.. but ...more

Overall good for short stay.
Service & food is good but toilets were not cleaned properly so that could have been better.

very bad experience. they not provided even toiletries. room was not cleaned properly. No of ants were roaming on table and wall some of them were on bed also.
very small room.
I have booked for 2 adults and 2 children but they have refused to provide bed and ask for extra money.
on many requests they provide extra bed.
only one thing is good which is behavior of staff.
over all this hotel is not like showing in photos. rating is also fake.
