large number of staff is reshuffled and many of them are ignorant of their duties. guest facing difficulties and inconveniences caused by this reshuffle.management is requested to kindly brief the staff properly and bring the regal77 to its past glory.good luck🙏

Best hotel to stay in Amroha. I would have given 5 Star if they had mini fridge in the room and some other electrical fault in room. otherwise the hotel and service is superb.👍

wonderful experience.The hospitality of Regal 77 is at par excellence right from cleanliness of the room,hygiene in toiletries and common area.Delicious and foods asper customer's taste bud is served. Management & staff is very cooperative. Regal 77 is doing excellent in hospitality sector and is best in aarea.I wish them the very best in times to come.May almighty be with them in their further endeavours to serve the people.Best wishes

good hotel but staff is not trained...
we book for 3 person and the provide one mattresses and pillow that was durty
the hotel look is good but not hygenic
the hotel dont have temperatures control of ac

Absolutely wonderful hotel . The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities. The food was absolutely delicious. And the service was very excellent. If we were to travel to again to amroha, we would definitely stay in Regal77 again!

such a pathetic experience , huge property but no sense of responsibility at staff level
I Confirmed booking in cp plan but break fast not possible even after 8.30 pm as they don't have staff in kitchen after discussing at front desk they are saying do confirm with goibibo if you want bfast on time , also no body available at front desk to receive call in morning 7 to 8 pm I tried many time . Even for check out I came down to wake up the staff with help of security staff at 7.45 and settle nigh ...more
