Rooms were ok in size. However room was non-ac, therefore expensive .
Moreover, food in hotel is very expensive

stay at hotel regency, aizawl was great! breakfast and food is also good. staff is nice and helpful. hotel is neat and cleanliness is maintained throughout the day.
ambiance, lobby and each floor is beautiful. good hospitality. it's famous and known to everyone hence easy to locate and accessible for the first time visitors.

rooms booked were near the staff rooms and common toilets, so lots of noise and rooms where okayish the bathrooms were small old and had broken tiles which is not what you expect from a nice hotel , they assigned the worst room i guess as there normal rates are around but in any other 5stars or hotels in general they don’t practice such things, no matter where you book from. never going to book again here as they dont care about the customer’s satisfaction

Location, Room service, food all are good, however there is lot of noise and light till late night from outside room. It becomes difficult to sleep even till late night due to noise and corridor lights.

very Bad. I have paid Rs. 3159/-But property given me bill of Rs. 2709/-.
They refuse to lession any things when I asked for complete amount bill.
