the room was spacious. but the service was not good. they don't have toilet tissue. when asked , they reply we don't supply and we don't have. mosquito were there. asked for the refill of the mosquito, they replied we see, if available we give. they never gave the mosquito repellent. their reception service is the worst. need to improve to speak to the customers properly and politely. food was excellent. overall, the stay was an average.

One of the worst stays of life. Me Being a pure vegetarian they are serving non veg and veg food with same serving spoon after raising the issue the waiter was smiling and saying what is the big deal. Manager was like it is not our fault, wouldn’t recommend the stay

though it was not as expected as the mattress, bedspread and towels provided were not upto the mark. breakfast was moderate, with not much variety but a descent one. but if asked is this stay was worth the money, then i would say no.

Good hotel, house staffs cleans the room everyday and changes the towel. At the middle of the city. Overall good experience.

Rooms were neat and clean, well maintained with covered car parking. Staffs were very kind and friendly. We enjoyed the stay as family with complimentary break fast. Hotel is located at the city centre so easily accessible.
