Access to the hotel - coming from Blr side - is cumbersome
Room size not big enough for 3 adults

warm welcome and excellent customer service by front desk -rajendran and durga .
excellent breakfast options.
room no 308- low water pressure, defective wall mixer knob,low water temperature both in morning and evening.

The photo shown and real scenario is different.. Washroom is very bad. It's not worth for the money we paid. More over they have started renovation work which create lot of disturbance like drilling, etc.Over all not value for money.
