Room was full of Cockroaches. No pest control was done. Room services was not available. Fan was unavailable due to having AC.

"Very decent for a short city break. Excellent location, central and well connected with tram/metro. Staff was welcoming, I arrived on a bank holiday and they gave me a leaflet with everything that was open. Ability to store your luggage after check-out. Great wifi. Breakfast buffet better than expected. Room basic but clean and comfortable.

The location of hotel was very good. Hygiene in the hotel was not maintained. Rooms were not cleaned, TV wasn't working, cockroaches were roaming here and there. breakfast was good.

Manager at 10 am in morning was extremely Rude.Despite being with family and paying for 24hrs,My stay was only for 11 hrs as had to catch the return train.
I had paid for complimentary breakfast while booking but was denied the same by saying they only provide breakfast at day of checkout (despite I needed to leave the same day).Manager rudely says "Aapko jakdi nikalne hai ye aapka problem hai, aap dekho".Highly dissatisfied.

Location is good. For lunch ,dinner and breakfast 2 min walking distance too many hotels near by it. Nearest to main road
