    Excellent hotel in Jhansi to stay. Staffs are very cooperative and polite. This I found that they upgraded the quality and variety of their buffet breakfast.

    Very rude and highly unprofessional hotel management.You’ll have to call the reception or housekeeping multiple times just to get basic things. At check-in, even if there are two guests, they’ll only provide one towel. The operations manager, speaks in such an unprofessional manner that it feels like you’re talking to a housekeeping staff member, not someone in management. This hotel is absolutely not value for money. The rooms are not worth more than Rs.2000 to Rs.2500 at best.

    The ambience and the cleanliness was awesome. The room and the decoration along with the hospitality has been also great. Plus the hotel also offers good food too. A must try at their in house resturant, especially biriyani.
