Staff behaviour is very much rude &
breakfast is not up to the level of hotel like Regenta.

Absolutely pathetic.... no services , no hospitality nobody bothered. Pathetic food and breakfast. Horrible experience rooms are very small looks like train coach . Not recommend

One of the best 3 star hotel in Agra. Only thing I feel awkward is their compulsory buffet in dinner. you can not order in room for dinner you must have to go to the restaurant. Meanwhile food is Good

No buffet breakfast, only Puri & Sabzi,
No hairdryer in rooms, even AC is off multiple times,
Location is a big concern, no location updated on map and number not contactable I have been suffered for searching location for 2 hrs with my family, this is not the real chain of Royal orchid I think
