The location is excellent—just a short walk from Mall Road—and the view from the room was stunning. We stayed in the Parrot Suite, which offers a beautiful view of the Beas River from the balcony. While the breakfast could be improved, the room was spacious, though the furniture felt a bit outdated and could use some maintenance. There’s ample parking space for four-wheelers, and a dormitory is available for drivers. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

I liked the property. Staff was helpful and prompt in their reply. Also, we were provided good suggestions for places to visit. Food was good and property ambience is also fabulous. Location is also good which helps you to quickly move at different points.

Very bad experience. Room was too small as compared to rates charged. No balcony and no view from room or any area of hotel. This can't be called a resort and calling it a 4 star is a big joke. It's any bed and breakfast hotel on highway. It has a vert small garden. No recreational activity, a TT table is kept but no object to play, Pool table is in bad shape. Lift was not working No view from the hotel, very noisy as its on highway. Please avoid. Only good things is location as its bang on highway Very small room and was charged almost 10k per day. No activity or space or view from hotel

The hotel location and facilities was excellent, but hot water was not available after 12 o clock morning. Hot water is very essential for cold places.
