hotel room was not clean and cockroaches were roaming around. they are not providing basic facilities like hot kittle and glasses. also not providing toiletries and toothpaste. staff behaviour is nice though.

Found insects on bed, room, bathroom. Door lock not working. A/c was not working. room, bathroom too small.
only plus point is it's location. Room service and reception was good.

TV was not working. No cupboard in room for luggage storage.
Hygiene issue in hotel. No Kitchen in hotel.
Not suitable for family. Location is very bad. surrounding environment and hotel internal environment is not good.

The Hotel is not having Kitchen, so everything you order has to be procured from outside and does not have Hygiene. Though the staff is very cooperative and cordial
