Room looked like it was closed for a while so dirt was there. we had to ask for set up box to turn on the TV. no toiletry items werr given. Although they changed the sheets when asked to do so, so it was good thing

The location is good and about 20KM from the Statue of Unity and the room is also in good condition, the only thing I should recommend is they should provide a BATHROOM KIT, we are not getting any kit for the bathroom like toothbrush, toothpaste, shop, or shampoo. Wifi is not working, TV is also not in working condition. All over experience is quite good.

Enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Reva. Staff was very polite, helping and well mannered. Food at the restaurant and the food court was really delicious and pocket friendly. Recommended for every family. Safe location, good and delicious food, comfortable rooms.

Overall experience was very good, the rooms were new and contained all the amenities. It is a big room and can accommodate 2 additional guests easily. The restaurant also was really great. Ambience of the rooms is great.

Too much scope of improvement is there. Hot water problem is big and persistent. You have to call reception every time you need hot water for bath. It will waste your lot of precious time. Cleaniness need to be improved. Toilets and the buckets are not clean. No toilet paper, tea coffee maker in the room. No satellite TV signal is available for all 3 nights/4 days we have stayed here.
