first of all I want to clear that the hotel which we have been given by you is not working with you and you have done a fraud with you . I mean you have alloted a hotel which is not working with you and then our booking got cancelled by hotel management. but, you have done our confirmed booking and this is a huge mistake by your side . hence , we are not allowed to check in the hotel . thus after all this happened, WE JUST WANT OUR MONEY BACK .

Booked two rooms, Booking shows confirmed but when I called the hotel they said There's not any room for reservations. After that, they provided 1 suite room for 4 people. It was my first booking and Pathetic experience.
