very poor quality and service no TV ...no Fan Regulator....No good cleaning...very poor blankets and bed cover ...hope they didn't properly washed....so so bad ..this is our first experience in Velankanni to have such bad hotel ...we will never use your service again....through booking.com we never faced such bad hotel...and more over at night time some drunken person walked through the corridor to finish our sleepDon't include this hotel in your list ...your reputation will be lostwe lost our money by booking in such hotel .....

The stay was average. The bathing room-cum-toilet was not clean. Soap tray was dirty. Please maintain cleanliness.

Booked for one day. Had a pleasant stay.
Best part is 6 am Checkin.
Worst thing is No Hot Water is available.
Room and washroom was clean.
Hassle free Checkin and Checkout.

3* Hotel with basic arrangements like AC,Hot water(based on timing),TV...Room service based request...walkable distance to church,railway station,bus station,market etc...No lift and restaurant in hotel..its a good place for one day refreshment with church visit..suggest to book the hotel with your arrival time
