I had a positive reception at the hotel by both Akshya and Athulya. Both were really helpful and supportive throughout the stay. It's a decent stay near Pattom. Maybe they can work on improving the breakfast and restaurant which is not upto the mark.

I stayed at this hotel recently and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The room felt old and not well maintained. The air conditioner initially worked but stopped cooling properly after about an hour, making it quite uncomfortable, especially during the night. For the price charged, I expected better upkeep and basic amenities in proper working condition. Hope the management looks into these issues and improves the quality of the rooms.

We stayed in a family suite and had a very nice experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and good value for the money. My kids really enjoyed the space. I requested a late checkout, and the reception agreed for a reasonable extra charge. The free breakfast was okay—nothing fancy, but manageable. Overall, it was a good and satisfying stay.

Booked on goibibo and got a Standard AC room. Tv remote was not working when I called and the staff came and fixed it. Shower was not working in the bathroom and there was a broken cup. WiFi was not available on the 7th floor. Breakfast was only two items. Restaurant staff was good service.
