House keeping was not good
Staffs behaviour was so nice

Surprisingly very good accommodation in budget tariff. Clean and neat. Very friendly service.Room service available for food delivery. Closely located to veg/nonveg hotels.Parking also neat.

amazing hotel.Nice stay.clean rooms.location is also good. All amenities are available which mentioned by them. complimentery Tea and Coffee with Tea maker available. staff also nice.overall 10/10 rating hotel.

Very clean and well maintained.
Good staff behaviour and service.
Good location and basement parking with CCTV coverage.
Suitable for family.
Overall a great experience.
Only thing is they can think of providing a geyser for hot water.

Excellent stay at Ramanathapuram for family. Rooms are neat and clean and value for the money. Cos- No restaurant facility attached,need to go out for food however good options available nearby.

the experience was overall good. It was a pleasant experience at Rifayaa with spacious room with a king bed and a single bed. The toilet was also spacious. The staffs were very pleasant and everything was attended on time with a smiling face. The only issue we faced was that there was no heater for the toilets and the hot water is available only during the day time since it runs on solar .
